Under Haryana Development Authorities Act 1977,it offers residential, industrial, and commercial plots through advertisements published in the leading newspapers.
Applications are invited for the different plots in the categories as advertised in the newspaper. The allotment of the plots is made by an open draw. HUDA gives the allotment letter to the successful candidates after the publication of draw results. The letter issued to them also contains the terms and conditions, and information regarding the mode of payment.
