A new project was launched favoring pregnancy and lactating mothers as to pay cash rupee 4000 from Gove rent as an incentive, providing they if go for regular check up while pregnant and ensure timely vaccinations for the children once it is born.
This project start as a pilot study in initially 52 districts to ensure that no women is forced to work till day before she birth for financial reason.government also planning to start scheme for above 19 years women for providing materity leaves.
