Air India plane with more that 160 passengers on board crashed at the Mangalore airport. The incident occurred at the the wee hours on Saturday when the plane was making a landing at the airport.
One hundred fifty eight people were killed in the accident while eight survived. Massive rescue operations are being carried out by the police as well as district administration.
