He is considered to be highly acclaimed Punjabi singer.He has also participated in reality show called iss jungle se mujhe bachao and Music Ka Maha Muqabala. He is also in media due to various controversies. He has also done songs for many Bollywood films. Mika Singh created a new record for Indian singers by being the only Indian singer to sing to a capacity crowd of 25,000 people at the Sydney Olympic stadium in Australia.

The crowds that lined up to buy tickets to hear this concert included Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and local Australians. Mika was overwhelmed with the response he received from the crowd to his hit numbers that included ‘Ae Ganpat’, ‘Dil Mein baji guitar’, ‘Mauja he mauja’, ‘Ibne Batuta’, ‘Tell me Something’ and his latest hit ‘Apni Toh Jaise Taise’. Its great to receive so much love from so many people and I am very touched to see them turn out in such large numbers to hear me sing.
