ROAD SAFETY RULES

Indian road cooperation July 1989 has give certain rules and regulations. these are made to prevent any accident on roads.if everyone follows this- can greatly reduce the chances of accidents.

If you don’t follow these rules-you may get penalty or punishment.

 ROAD SAFETY RULES

  • if you don’t have license you get 500 rupee penalty or 3 month jail.
  • if you don’t have insurance- you get 3 month jail or 1000 rupee penalty.

  • If any under age is driving- 500 rupee penalty.
  • for rough driving- 1000 rupee penalty or 6 month jail.
  • driving in wrong direction-100 rupee penalty.
  • driving without horn 100 rupee penalty.
  • driving on footpath- 100 rupee penalty.
  • if your car make more smoke- 500rupee penalty.
  • if you use private vehicles as commercial vehicles 5000 rupee penalty.
  • for over loading of vehicles2000 rupee penalty.
  • if parked in no parking area 100 rupee penalty.

 

WHILE DRIVING DRIVER MUST HAVE-

  1. DRIVING LICENSE
  2. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE
  3. ROAD TAX TOKEN
  4. POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL CERTIFICATE
  5. VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
